Top Stories and Updates This Week

Hi Reader,

So much has happened these last few weeks and I cannot wait to share it with you. It means so much to me that you are here on this journey with me. I couldn't do it without you.

Most of you know that I am in my MSW program to become a therapist. I just finished my summer finals, and I only have two semesters left! WOOOOOOOO HOOO!

I am beginning my internship at a DBT Clinic next week where I will be conducting group and individual therapy.

I am taking clients interested in 1:1 Coaching to support with emotion regulation, building self-trust, boundary setting, effective communication, and trauma healing. Especially managing trauma in relationships using evidence based DBT skills.

Schedule an appointment here for a free consultation.

On top of all that, I am officially on the board of an AMAZING non-profit called Friends of the Children providing youth mentoring by creating the nation’s first and only long-term, professional mentoring program. If you want to learn more, you can click HERE.

New Sponsor: Earths Splendor & Aurite Supplements!!

I could not be happier to be partnering with Earths Splendor and Aurite Supplements as an official sponsor. In between everything I have going on with work, school, and staying active and healthy in the dry Colorado heat, their hydration packs have quite literally saved my life.

We talk about dating, relationships, toxic therapy tips and so much more. The episode airs on Wednesday. Stay tuned for an update and follow their podcast to make sure you do not miss any updates!
