Coffee & Comedy Success

Hi :)

I hope you're having a beautiful week!

I wanted to share a few behind-the-scenes updates from the last few weeks.

🌈 Pride Month was one for the books.

I hosted my very first comedy show and it SOLD OUT!

The night was filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and a reminder that healing doesn't always have to happen through hard conversations. Sometimes it happens through community and laughter.

Because of its success, I've decided I'll most likely continue hosting Cozy Comedy Nights with Not So Dumb Blonde so stay tuned for future event announcements!

I'm also working on launching a monthly Coffee & Connection women's group here in Denver. My hope is to create a space where women can meet new friends, have honest conversations, and build genuine community centered around wellness and authenticiy.

If that sounds like something you'd enjoy, just hit reply and let me know! I'll make sure you're the first to hear when registration opens.

πŸŽ“ A full-circle moment.

I officially finished my first year of my Master's in Social Work, and this August I'll begin my internship at a DBT clinic.

The crazy part?

It's the very same clinic where I completed six months of DBT that completely changed my life.

I know... I talk about DBT all the time. πŸ˜‚ But the truth is, those skills transformed my life and propelled me into my passion for this profession.

After interviewing the clinic's owner on the podcast, she invited me to intern there. I honestly couldn't feel more honored or excited.

Sometimes life has a funny way of coming full circle.

πŸŽ™οΈ New podcast episodes

✨ PMDD vs. PMS with Riff Care (Airing Today)

If you've ever felt like you become a different person before your period, this episode is for you. We dive into the differences between PMS and PMDD, why so many women go undiagnosed, and what treatment options are available.

✨ Tessa Evelyn Scott

I also had the chance to interview award-winning TV writer, former Marine, and former exotic dancer Tessa Evelyn Scott.

Fair warning... I had to bleep out a few moments. πŸ˜…

It's an honest conversation about identity, performing for others, losing yourself, and the surprising overlap between Hollywood and the adult entertainment industry. It isn't our typical episode, but I think hearing perspectives that differ from our own helps us grow.
